Terms of Service
What Plumbing Work These Terms Cover
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to plumbing work that Matrix S1 1792272903965 agrees to perform for a customer. The approved job may include an inspection, diagnosis, repair, replacement, or installation described in the estimate or work order.
The exact work depends on the property, the issue found, access to the plumbing, and the written or spoken approval given before work begins. Work not listed in the approved scope is not included automatically.
Hidden damage, code-related corrections, permits, parts, restoration, and work by other trades may require a separate estimate or agreement. We will explain additional work before proceeding when practical and ask for approval.
We do not provide services outside plumbing unless separately agreed. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and sharing known information about prior repairs, recurring problems, or property conditions. These terms do not reduce any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Booking, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments are arranged directly with Matrix S1 1792272903965 and are subject to availability. We will confirm the planned visit time or arrival window using the contact details provided.
Please make sure someone with authority to approve the work can provide access and discuss the job. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule.
Any cancellation fee or other charge will be disclosed before it applies; no specific fee is created by these terms alone. Delays may occur because of emergency calls, traffic, weather, parts availability, or conditions found at the property.
If we need to reschedule, we will contact you to arrange another time. The approved work scope may be changed only after the new work and any price adjustment are explained and approved. A technician will not treat an unapproved addition as part of the original job.
Estimates, Approved Costs, and Payment
An estimate describes the work and expected charges based on the information and conditions available when it is prepared. It may change if inspection reveals concealed damage, different parts are needed, or the requested work changes.
Matrix S1 1792272903965 will explain a proposed change and obtain approval before performing additional chargeable work, except where immediate action is legally permitted or needed to address an urgent safety concern. An estimate is not a guarantee that concealed conditions will be absent.
Payment is due according to the timing and method stated in the estimate, invoice, or other written agreement. Any deposit, parts charge, or payment schedule will be disclosed before acceptance; these terms do not set a particular amount.
Please raise billing questions promptly and include the relevant estimate or invoice details. Customers remain responsible for approved work and authorized expenses.
Nothing in this section creates financing, a discount, or a price that has not been expressly offered.
Workmanship Coverage and Written Promises
Matrix S1 1792272903965 will perform approved plumbing work with reasonable care. Any warranty, guarantee, or promised coverage must be stated in writing for the specific job, including its duration and any conditions.
These terms do not create a fixed warranty period or promise coverage that has not been provided in writing. Manufacturer warranties on parts or equipment are separate and depend on the manufacturer’s terms; we can direct customers to the available paperwork when provided.
Contact us if you believe a completed job has a workmanship issue, and describe the concern and when it appeared. Coverage may not apply to problems caused by normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized changes, outside damage, or pre-existing conditions, where relevant and allowed by law.
We will review the reported issue and the written job terms before deciding what action is appropriate. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this section.
Responsibility for Property and Service Risks
Customers should tell Matrix S1 1792272903965 about known leaks, prior repairs, fragile finishes, access limits, and other conditions that may affect the work. Plumbing work can reveal existing defects or damage that was not visible beforehand.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by unrelated work, except where applicable law says otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, any liability arising from a specific service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
This limit does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable rights for injury, fraud, or intentional misconduct. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses where the law allows that exclusion.
Customers should take reasonable steps to protect belongings and limit damage while awaiting service. Nothing here replaces any remedy available under applicable Delaware law or prevents a customer from raising a concern about the work.
